Terms of Service

• "Member" refers to any person who has completed account registration in accordance with these Terms.
• "Free Member" refers to a member registered on the free plan.
• "Paid Member" refers to a member with an active monthly subscription.
• "Content" refers to reports, articles, data, and other materials provided through the Service.

You must register with accurate and truthful information. If false information is discovered, we may suspend or delete your account. Your account is for personal use only; lending, transferring, or sharing it with third parties is prohibited.

The paid membership fee is US $39 / Month (tax included), charged automatically via credit card on a monthly basis. Fees may change with prior notice posted on the Service or sent by email.

You may cancel at any time via the Dashboard or by emailing info@wab-fnb.com. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No pro-rated refunds are issued. See the Cancellation page for details.

All intellectual property rights in the Content (text, images, data, reports, etc.) belong to us or the respective rights holders. Members may not reproduce, republish, sell, or redistribute Content beyond personal use. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

• Disclosing, sharing, or selling Content to third parties without our prior consent
• Sharing a single account among multiple users
• Unauthorized access, reverse engineering, or scraping of the Service
• Infringing the rights of other members or third parties
• Any act that violates laws or public order and morals
• Any act that interferes with our business operations

Content is provided for informational purposes only and does not guarantee specific outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from use of the Service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or technical issues.

We may modify, suspend, or terminate the Service with prior notice. In urgent circumstances, changes or suspension may occur without advance notice.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the Service or email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts having jurisdiction over our place of business.
