Q.What is the difference between a free member and a paid member?
A.Free members can download free reports and view eyecatch articles. Paid members (US $39 / Month) have access to all the reports published on the site.
Q.What payment methods are accepted?
A.We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, etc.). Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Card details are never stored on our servers.
Q.Can I cancel at any time?
A.Yes, you can cancel at any time. You will retain access until the end of the current billing period. See the cancellation page for details.
Q.Can I download the reports?
A.Reports are for online viewing only. Downloading, printing, and copying are restricted to protect our content.
Q.Can I get an invoice?
A.Yes. Please email info@wab-fnb.com with your company name, address, and any required details. Automatic receipts are also sent via Stripe.
Q.Is the platform available in English?
A.The platform supports both Japanese and English. You can switch languages at any time using the toggle in the top-right corner.
Q.What should I do if I find an error in an article or report?
A.Please contact us at info@wab-fnb.com. We will review and address the issue promptly.
Q.Can I share my account with others?
A.Account sharing is prohibited under our Terms of Service. If you need multi-user access, please contact us about a corporate plan.
